Editing a callback experience

About this task

You can edit a callback experience to correct an error or update the configuration.

Before you begin

Log in to Application Center Administration as an account administrator.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation tree, click Contact Center > Callback.
  2. On the Callback Experiences page, in the row of the experience to edit, click the Three Dots icon and then click Edit.
  3. Update the configuration and click Save.
