Creating a timetable

About this task

Create a timetable to treat the customers considering the working hours of the contact center.

Before you begin

Log in to Application Center Administration as an account administrator.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation tree, click Contact Center > Timetables.
  2. On the Timetables page, click New Timetable.
  3. On the New Timetable page, fill in the fields.
  4. Click Save.
  5. In the navigation tree, click one of the following tabs:
    • Business Hours: To add business hours.

    • Holidays: To add holidays.

  6. To add a new timetable item, click New.

    Application Center Administration displays a settings pane.

  7. Fill in the fields.
  8. Click Save.
  9. To create more timetable items, repeat steps 4–7.
