Editing attributes

About this task

You can overwrite the existing attributes, or add new attributes for any of the categories in Application Center Administration.

Before you begin

Log in to Application Center Administration as an account administrator.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation tree, click Contact Center > Attributes.
  2. On the Attributes page, in the row of the category to update, click the Three Dots icon and then click Edit.

    Application Center Administration displays the Category pane.

  3. Update the configuration and click Save.
