Creating identifiers

About this task

Add new identifiers if the default account identifiers do not meet your solution requirements.

Before you begin

Log in to Application Center Administration as an account administrator.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation tree, click Contact Center > Customer Identifiers.
  2. On the Identifiers page, click Create Identifier.

    Application Center Administration displays the New Identifier pane.

  3. In the Name field, type a name for the new identifier.
  4. In the Display Name field, type a display name for the new identifier.
  5. Click Save.
