Deleting identifiers

About this task

Delete existing identifiers if they are not required.

Before you begin

Log in to Application Center Administration as an account administrator.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation tree, click Contact Center > Customer Identifiers.
  2. Do one of the following:
    • To delete an individual identifier, in the row of the identifier to delete, click the Three Dots icon and then click Delete.

    • To delete multiple identifier, select the required identifier and click Delete.

  3. In the confirmation dialog box, click Delete.
