You can have multiple callback experiences per tenant, each with different configurations. After creating a callback experience, you can assign queues to the experience to apply the settings to the queues. If you do not configure a callback experience, the default experience is applied to the queues. Similarly, queues that are not assigned to an experience use the default settings.
You can create, update, and delete a callback experience. If you delete an experience that has assigned queues, the default experience is used for those queues
