With Widget Manager, you can search default and custom widgets available for layout configuration. You can also import a custom widget or a widget library in the .json format.

On the Avaya Widgets subtab, you can view the default widgets that Avaya adds and maintains. You can view the default widgets available to all account types. However, you cannot view default widgets in the .json format, replace an imported widget, or update a widget URL.

On the Custom Widgets subtab, you can view the widgets that you import from an external widget library. Additionally, the subtab also displays some Avaya-provided default widgets.

You can view custom widget metadata in the .json format, replace an imported widget, or update a widget URL. However, you cannot perform these actions on the Avaya-provided default widgets that are available on the Custom Widgets subtab.
