Omni SDK is a set of integration capabilities that you can use to enable the Avaya Experience Platform™ (On-Prem + Connect) call service on customer applications. You can use Omni SDK to configure the WebRTC Voice service for Android, iOS, and Web applications.
After you configure the WebRTC Voice service, the customer can click-to-call from an Android, iOS, or Web client. The customer is connected to an Avaya Experience Platform™ (On-Prem + Connect) voice agent using Avaya Workspaces or the CRM connector.
