Configuring chat routing

About this task

As an account administrator, you can configure the following:

  • The way in which Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud routes chat interactions to enable contact center customers to experience the best service.

  • The attributes that apply to all chat interactions for a chat account.

  • The routing rules associated with chat interactions.

Before you begin

Log in to Application Center Administration as an account administrator.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation tree, click Channels > Chat.
  2. On the Chat Apps page, for the account to configure, click the Three Dots icon and click Configure routing settings.
  3. On the Routing Configuration Settings page, fill in the relevant fields.
  4. Click Save.
