QSIG to DCS TSC Gateway

Last Updated : Oct 29, 2012 |

This screen determines when and how to convert messages from a QSIG NCA-TSC to an administered AUDIX NCA-TSC. This screen maps the QSIG subscriber number to the appropriate AUDIX signaling group and TSC index.

Available only if Interworking with DCS is enabled for the system.

Example command: change isdn qsig-dcs-tsc-gateway

Sig Grp

Valid Entry

Usage

digits

The assigned signaling group number. For the maximum allowed entry, see Avaya Aura® Communication Manager System Capacities Table.

Subscriber Number

A subscriber number up to 20 characters in length. Accepts *, x, and X as wildcard characters.

Note:

If the Subscriber Number is local, the form does not send any DCS messages over the listed Sig Grp/TSC Index. Therefore, you can put a block entry like '2xxx' with the understanding that if extension 2001 is local, no DCS message will be sent.

TSC Index

The TSC Index for each machine ID.

Valid Entry

Usage

1 to 64

The assigned signaling group number for the qsig-mwi application type.
