Use this screen to specify the digits to be inserted in the calling number Information Element (IE), the connected number IE, and the QSIG party number for extensions in the Private Numbering Plan.
Communication Manager can generate private network numbers up to 15 digits long. Communication Manager can receive and display private network numbers up to 21 digits long.
Use the Numbering-Private Format screen to:
Administer the extensions of all calls traversing the SIP trunks.
Configure the private numbering table.
Populate the calls to extensions terminating on a SIP-integrated Modular Messaging.
To change the value of the fields on the Numbering-Private Format screen, use the following command:
change private-numbering n, where n is the length of the extension.
The command change private-numbering 0 starts at the first entry.
