REPORTING ADJUNCT RELEASE (determines protocol used by appl link)

CMS (appl mis)

Use this field to specify the release of the Call Management System (CMS) reporting adjunct. Management Information System (MIS) is a communication-interface link that connects CMS to Communication Manager.

CMS Release 12 connects to Communication Manager through the mis1 link.

CMS Release 12 is incompatible with Avaya IQ.

R13

CMS Release 13 connects to Communication Manager through the mis1 link.

CMS Release 13 is incompatible with Avaya IQ.

R13.1

CMS Release 13.1 connects to Communication Manager through the mis1 link.

CMS Release 13.1 and later is compatible with Avaya IQ.

R14.1

CMS Release 14.1 connects to Communication Manager through the mis1 link.

R15/R16

CMS Release 15 and 16 connects to Communication Manager through the mis1 link.

R16.1/R16.x

CMS Release 16.x and 17 connects to Communication Manager through the mis1 link.

R19.1+ (secured)

CMS Release 19.1 or higher connects to Communication Manager through the TLS link.

CMS does not connect to Communication Manager. This is the default value.

In the case of two CMS adjuncts, one CMS adjunct connects to Communication Manager through the mis1 link and the other CMS adjunct connects to Communication Manager through the mis2 link.

IQ (appl ccr)

Expert Agent Selection (EAS) and Universal Call ID (UCID) must be enabled before a connection can be established with Avaya IQ.
