Backup MFSS CCA-ID

Use this field to search the PSTN or DSN mapping entries in the LDAP database. Enter a string without any white space.

CCA Enabled

Use this field to enable Cost Commercial Avoidance (CCA).

The system displays the CCA-related fields.

The system does not display the CCA-related fields. The default value is n.

CTI Link Number

The CTI link number establishes a connection between Communication Manager and AES applications. Enter a CTI Link number of type ASAI-IP or ADJ-IP that is not used in any vector.

LSC CCA-ID

Use this field to search the PSTN or DSN mapping entries in the LDAP database. The default value of this field is the value populated in the Call Control Agent Identification (CCA-ID) field of MLPP. Though the value in the LSC CCA-ID field is from the Call Control Agent Identification (CCA-ID) field, you can change the value of the LSC CCA-ID field.
