Use this screen to enable the Special Application features. A Special Application feature is a custom feature requested by the customer for a specific need. Special Application features are included in the Communication Manager software base, however additional administration is required. Communication Manager provides the UCID of the related held call ID to the new call ID when any one of the following conditions are satisfied:
Communication Manager receives the third-party Auto Dial request and the special-application SA8348 is selected as ’y’.
Communication Manager receives the third-party Auto Dial request and the special-application SA8702 and the field “Copy UCID for Station Conference/Transfer?” are both selected as ‘y’.
