Administering a CTI Link for CVLAN (internal applications)

About this task

This procedure applies to Avaya Interaction Center (IC).

Perform the steps of this procedure from a Communication Manager system access terminal (SAT) to administer a CTI link type ADJ-IP (Proprietary CVLAN Link) for internal Avaya CVLAN applications.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the Communication Manager SAT interface.
  2. In the command prompt, type add cti-link n, where n is the <cti-link number>.

    Communication Manager displays the CTI link page.

  3. Complete the CTI link form as follows:
    1. In the Extension field, type the extension number of the station.
    2. In the Type field, type ADJ-IP.
    3. In the Name field, type the name of the AE Services server.
