Use the Logs subtab to access the following types of AE Services log files:

Audit Logs |
To view administrative changes made through the AE Services web interface. |
Error Logs |
To view CRITICAL, WARNING, and FYI messages generated by Call Control services you are licensed to use. |
Install Logs |
To verify the success of an installation or upgrade, or to troubleshoot problems. |
Security Logs |
To access the following log files:
Client access log files: To view information about client activity.
Command log files: To view information about system activity and errors.
System reset log files: To view a record of when the AE Services server was stopped and started.

Syslog |
To view system activity. Only the security administrator and system administrator can access system log files. |
AIDE Logs |
To view the AIDE service activities and errors. AIDE log files are not available for the Software-only server. |
User Management Service |
To view the User Management service activities and errors. |
