Check licensing

Use display system-parameters customer-options to browse through the Optional Features and ASAI Enhanced Features screens. ASAI Link Core Capabilities and/or Computer Telephony Adjust Links are required, depending on the CVLAN application(s).

Note:

If features are not enabled, contact your Avaya representative.

Enable Processor Ethernet

If you use a media server that uses Processor Ethernet, see Enabling Processor Ethernet.

Enable AE Services

Required for the transport layer. See Enabling AE Services.

Add a CTI Link
