An SDB term. A device can be a telephone, a FAX, an ACD, a VDN, or an agent ID that Communication Manager controls. In the Security Database, a device has the following attributes: Device ID (which is administered on Communication Manager, see Device ID), Location, Device Type, and Tlink Group.
