Creating a backup of the dial plan

About this task

Use this procedure to export the dial plan to a backup file (comma separated values format).

Procedure

  1. From the AE Services Management Console main menu, select Communication Manager Interface > Dial Plan > Export.
  2. On the Export Dial Plan page, click Here.
