Follow these steps to enable the SDB for DMCC applications that use the DMCC device series enhancements and for Web Telephony Interface (WTI). This procedure is performed by a System Administrator from the AE Server.
Note:
When you change the SDB Control settings you must restart the affected service.
Procedure
From the AE Services Management Console main menu, select Security > Security Database > Control.
From the SDB Control for DMCC, TSAPI, JTAPI, and Telephony Web Services page, select the check box for Enable SDB for DMCC and Web Telephony Interface (WTI) Service .
Click Apply Changes.
Select Maintenance > Service Controller.
From the Service Controller page, select the check box for the DMCC Service.
