Configuring TSAPI properties

About this task

Change the TSAPI service properties. For example, you can enable extended worktop access for CTI users that use the TSAPI service.

Procedure

  1. On the AE Services management console, go to AE Services > TSAPI > TSAPI Properties.
  2. On the TSAPI Properties page, in TCP Preferred Naming Format, select one of the following:

    • IP Address: If you use fixed IP addresses for your clients.

    • Host Name: If you use Dynamic Host Control Protocol or if the IP addresses of your clients frequently change.

  3. Optional To allow CTI users to log in to any worktop and control all devices in this worktop, select Extended Worktop Access.
  4. Optional To automatically add LAN addresses for all worktops, select Auto Admin of LAN Addresses.
  5. Click Apply Changes.
  6. On the Apply Changes to TSAPI Configuration Properties page, click Apply.
  7. Restart the TSAPI service.
