Deleting keyword rules

About this task

Delete the keyword rules that you do not use for routing. You need to review and clean up a list of the configured rules regularly to display only the required rules in the channel configuration.

You cannot delete a keyword rule that you assigned in the channel routing configuration.

Before you begin

Log in to Application Center Administration as an account administrator.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation tree, click Business Rules > Keyword Rule.
  2. On the Keyword Rules page, do one of the following:
    • To delete an individual keyword rule, in the row of the rule to delete, click the Three Dots icon and then click Delete.

    • To delete multiple keyword rules, select the required rules and click Delete Rules.

  3. In the confirmation dialog box, click Delete.
