Assigning a queue to an Agent Assist profile

About this task

You must assign a queue to an Agent Assist profile to receive customized suggestions for that queue.

Before you begin

Ensure that you have an existing Agent Assist profile or complete the previous actions to create a new one.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation tree, click Contact Center > Queues.
  2. In the row of the queue to update, click the Three Dots icon and click Edit.

    Application Center Administration displays the Queue pane.

  3. In the Agent Assist Profile list, select an Agent Assist profile.
  4. Click Save.
