Create a chat application in Application Center Administration to enable the contact center integrate with your chat interface and agents can receive chat interactions.
Before you begin
Log in to Application Center Administration as an account administrator.
Create a digital chat connector.
Procedure
In the navigation tree, click Channels > Chat.
On the Chat Apps page, in the Connector Type list, select Chat.
Click Create Chat App.
On the New Chat App page, in the Name field, type the account name to which the pre-routing configuration is associated.
In the App Id field, type the application ID used in the connector.
In the More Info field, type the custom information, if any.
