Changes to the location number

During call center activity, location numbers can be changed through administration or the Multiple Locations feature can be disabled. If this happens, the Location Preference Distribution feature uses the agent ID obtained when the agent logged in and the call ID when the call was originally received. During such a change, the Location Preference Distribution matching is not appropriate until all agents log out and log back in again. The software does not check for the changes.
