VDN call security

Use the following CORs for VDN call observing.

  • For a VDN extension to be observed, administer Can Be Service Observed on the COR screen.

  • For a VDN destination, administer Can Be Service Observed on the COR screen.

  • For an observer, enter the VDN extensions to be observed in Service Observing Permissions COR table on the COR screen.
