With Call Admission Control (CAC) sharing between Communication Manager and Session Manager, Session Manager acts as the central authority for bandwidth management. Communication Manager gets bandwidth for voice and multimedia IP connections from Session Manager. You can set the limits for the bandwidth used by Communication Manager and other users through System Manager.
