Instead of using the Directed Call Pickup button, users can dial the assigned FAC to answer calls using Directed Call Pickup.
Enter change feature-access-codes.
Click Next until you see the Directed Call Pickup Access Code field.
Perform one of the following actions:
If the Directed Call Pickup Access Code field already contains a code, click Cancel.
If the Directed Call Pickup Access Code field does not contain a code:
