Stopping a user synchronization job

Procedure

  1. On the System Manager web console, click Users > Directory Synchronization.
  2. In the navigation pane, click Sync Users.
  3. On the User Synchronization page, click the Synchronization Job History tab and select the running job that you want to stop.
  4. Click Stop Job.

    The web console displays a confirmation message.

  5. Click OK.
    Note:

    • The Stop Job button is available for jobs in the Running state.

    • The Stop Job button for stopping a user synchronization job is enabled if users have Create Job permission within Directory Synchronization or have logged in as an administrator. If users do not have these permissions, the Stop Job button is disabled.
