When the synchronization process is complete, the Summary column displays any anonymous accounts in the element. You can assign the anonymous account to users or delete the account from the element.
Procedure
On the System Manager web console, click Services > Inventory.
In the navigation pane, click Synchronization > CS 1000 and CallPilot Synchronization.
On the Synchronize Communication Profiles page, in the Summary column, click the anonymous profile that you want to assign.
The system displays the Anonymous Communication Profiles page with the details of each anonymous account.
Select one of the anonymous accounts.
In the Name (Last, First) field, enter the name of the user to whom you want to assign this communication profile.
Click Assign.
The system refreshes the Anonymous Communication Profiles page and displays the status of the assigned account.
