Running a full synchronization on System Manager

Procedure

  1. Log in to the Communication Manager SAT as a customer super-user.
  2. Remove all stations from Communication Manager.
  3. Exit the Communication Manager SAT.
  4. Log in to the System Manager command-line interface with administrator credentials.
  5. Navigate to Services > Inventory > Synchronization > Communication Systems.
  6. Select Incremental Sync data for selected devices and click Now.
