The product family to which the file belongs. In a product family, the number of devices are listed.

The device type that you can upgrade using the software library file. For example, B5800 and IP Office are the device types for IP Office.

The type of software file which includes firmware and images.

The software file version that you want to upload. For example, OVA, service pack, and feature pack.

Version number is mandatory if you are uploading files, such as OVA, service pack, and feature pack because analyze operation works on version number and the system might have to install the version of the file. Custom patching does not require the analyze operation, and therefore, the file version number is optional.

The hardware compatibility for the file you upload. For IP Office, this field can be null.

The file size of the patch file you want to upload.

The patch file you want to upload to the remote software library. Click Choose File to browse to the file you want to upload.

Click to go to the upload file scheduler page.

Click to cancel the upload operation and return to the Download Manager page.
