Name

Description

Set Common pool size for all the CMs

The field where the administrator sets a common number to reserve port connections for all Communication Manager elements.

Note:

If you are configuring n connections in System Manager connection pooling, the Maximum Number of Simultaneous logins for a user field on the Communication Manager System Management interface must be n+1, so that Communication Manager allows you to acquire and pool all requested connections.

Element Name

The name of the Communication Manager element.

Connections Requested

The number of port connections the administrator wants to reserves for the Communication Manager element.

Note:

Status

The status of the connection pool for the Communication Manager element.

The options are:

  • NOT POOLED

  • POOLING SCHEDULED

  • POOLING COMPLETE

Connections Attained

The number of port connections the system is able reserves for the Communication Manager element.

Connections In Use

The number of port connections the system is using from the pool of connections.

Idle Connections

The number of port connections that are idle in the pool of connections.

Connections Used Outside Pool

The number of port connections that are outside the connection pool and are in use.
