The maximum space allocated for storing the generated reports. If the report files exceed the maximum file size of 1 GB, the system generates an alarm. You must manually delete some files before you can generate a new report.
On the Services > Configurations > Settings > Reports > Configuration page, you can configure Reports Output Directory Properties. For more information, see View Profile:Configuration field descriptions.

Name
The name of the report.
Host Name(s)
The Communication Manager instance from which the report was generated.
Creation Date
The date when the report was generated.
Created By
The user who created the report.
Format
The format in which the report was generated.
Object
The Communication Manager object used for generating the report.
Button
Description
Edit
Displays the Edit Report Definition page to edit the selected report.
New
Displays the New Report page to create a new report.
Run Now
Runs the selected report immediately.
Delete
Deletes the selected report.
Filter: Enable
Displays fields where you can set the filter criteria. This is a toggle button.
Filter: Disable
Hides the column filter fields without resetting the filter criteria. This is a toggle button.
