On the System Manager web console, click Users > User Management > Communication Profile Password Policy.
On the Communication Profile Password Policy page, do the following:
On the Aging Policy tab, select the Enforce password aging policy check box, and modify the required fields.
On the History Policy tab, select the Enforce policy against previously used passwords check box, and type the value in the Previous passwords blocked field.
On the Strength Policy tab, select the Enforce password content standards check box, and modify the required fields.

Click Commit.
System Manager saves the changes to the password policy for the communication profile password.
