On the System Manager web console, click Services > Templates.
In the navigation pane, click IP Office Endpoint.
Select the IP Office device type.
Click Show List.
Select the template you want to upgrade.
Click Upgrade.
In the Supported IP Office Versions field, enter the target version for upgrade.
In Template Name, type the name of the template.
Template name must be a unique name.
Click Upgrade.
System Manager upgrades the selected template, and the IP Office Manager starts with the upgraded template. The original template you selected is retained.
After the IP Office Manager starts, the new, upgraded template, save and exit.
The system displays the upgraded template in the IP Office Endpoint List page.
