After identifying stations and agents associated with a user, use one of the following choices to delete agents associated with Communication Manager users:

• Deleting Communication Manager users permanently from System Manager.

• Removing the communication profile for a user.

• Removing communication profiles for users in bulk.

• Clearing the Delete on Unassign from User or on Delete User check box.

• Clearing the Delete on Unassign from User or on Delete User check box for users in bulk.
