On the System Manager web console, click Elements > Communication Manager.
In the navigation pane, click Endpoints > Manage Endpoints.
Select one or more Communication Manager instance from the Communication Manager list.
Click Show List.
In the Endpoint List section, select one or more endpoint, and click Maintenance > Test Endpoint.
System Manager displays the Test Endpoint Confirmation page.
Click Now to test the endpoints immediately or do one of the following:
Click Schedule to test the endpoints at a specified time.
Click Cancel to cancel the test operation.
System Manager displays the test result and error code of the endpoint on the Test Endpoint Report page. You can click the Error Code Description link to view the error details.
