In the ADFS server, Claim Rules define how an incoming authentication request is processed by ADFS and what user related information is added to the SAML Response.
Procedure
In ADFS, add an outgoing rule and an incoming rule.

Create an outgoing rule first and then an incoming rule. For more information on steps to add an outgoing and incoming rule, see documentation in the Microsoft website.
