Endpoint management

In System Manager, you can create and manage endpoints using the Manage Endpoints option. You can also manage other endpoint related objects, such as Alias Endpoints, Intra Switch CDR, Off PBX Endpoint Mappings, Site Data, and Xmobile Configuration. Additionally, using the Manage Endpoints option you can view, edit, and delete endpoints and other related objects. System Manager provides support for the following set types:

Note:

Endpoints that are configured as XMOBILE cannot access important enhancements to EC500, such as support for SIP trunk groups.

Note:
  • From Release 10.2 and later, the CS1k-IP, CS1k-IPCC, CS1k-ana, CS1k-39xx, CS1k-1col, and CS1k-2col set types are not supported.

  • The set types supported vary based on the Communication Manager versions managed.
