You can manage third-party media integrations within Avaya Infinity™ . Use this procedure to create third-party media integration profiles.
Before you begin
U moet ingelogd zijn bij Beheerdashboard.
  1. On the Beheerdashboard page, under Spraak, click AI-mediagatewayprofielen.
  2. To create a new media gateway profile, in the menu bar, click AI-mediagatewayprofiel maken.
  3. In the Naam field, enter a descriptive name for the profile.
  4. In the Servicetypen field, select the required service types.
  5. In the Sleutelpaar field, select the required key.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    The drop-down displays the list of existing keys. You can create a new key using Verificatiesleutels configureren voor AI-mediagatewayprofielen to pair with this profile.
  6. In the Bestemming WebSocket-URL field, enter the destination URL for the websocket connection.
  7. In Input Variables, to send the key-value pairs to this media gateway service, click + Toevoegen and enter the key and value.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    Input variables can be static values or dynamic workflow and queue variables. You can define input variables per service, such as language, region, and customer segment. For example, language:en.
  8. Click Maken.
    STEP RESULT:
    The media gateway profile is created and enabled.
  9. To edit the details, click het pictogram Bewerken.
  10. To save the changes, click Opslaan.
