AE Services provides an enhanced set of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), protocols, and web services that expose the functionality of the Avaya Contact Center – Extended Capacity solution to the corporate application developers, third-party independent software vendors, and implementation engineers. AE Services provides a platform that supports Avaya Aura® Call Center Elite and Avaya Contact Center – Extended Capacity applications.
