Each AE Services server connects to its own AESi using an AEP connection. If the AEP connection fails, TSAPI, JTAPI, and DMCC applications receive a notification about the link failure. After the AEP connection is reestablished with another AE Services server or AESi, CTI applications receive a notification that the link is up and refresh CTI sessions with the preserved service status.
