Search for users in the AE Services User Management database by user ID, common name, and surname. The search is not case-sensitive. You can type the asterisk as a wildcard character instead of a part of the name or user ID. You can manage users from the list or view more details for each user.
Procedure
On the AE Services management console, go to User Management > User Admin > Search Users.
On the Search Users page, in Search Attribute, select one of the following options:
User Id: To search a user by unique ID.
Common Name: To search a user by common name.
Surname: To search a user by surname.
In Search value, type the corresponding search value.
For example, you can type jdoe to search a user by user ID.
To view the search results, click Search.
Your browser displays a list of users with user IDs, common names, and surnames.
