Delete a Tlink that no longer has an associated switch connection. For example, if you remove a switch connection that is associated with a TSAPI service CTI link, the Tlink name is still retained until you remove it.
Warning:
Deleting active Tlink results in dropping all connections associated with that Tlink.
Procedure
On the AE Services management console, go to Security > Security Database > Tlinks.
On the Tlinks page, select a Tlink name to delete.
Click Delete Tlink.
On the Delete Tlink page, click Delete.
AE Services deletes the Tlink. If the deleted link is active, the TSAPI service drops all connections associated with it.
