TSAPI links (Tlinks) are service identifiers that the TSAPI service dynamically creates. You cannot manually add Tlinks to the security database.

A Tlink name has the following format: AVAYA#<switch connection name>#<CSTA service type>#<AE Services server_name>.

For example: AVAYA#TFS#CSTA#AES-1.

The CSTA service type can be one of the following:

• CSTA: If you administer the TSAPI link as unencrypted.

• CSTA-S: If you administer the TSAPI link as encrypted.
