PAM management

Set up the PAM authentication method for managing users who have access to the AE Services management console and the Linux server.

You can perform the following PAM management tasks:

  • Define rules that require users to change their passwords periodically.

  • Define authentication and control methods for administrator accounts.

  • Manage the login message.

  • View and change the message of the day (MOTD).

  • Limit the maximum number of simultaneous logins.

  • Restrict when a user can log in to AE Services.
