TSAPI service configuration

The following are the high-level steps of configuring the TSAPI service:

  1. Administer the CTI link on the Configuration Server web portal. For more information about configuring CTI links, see the AE Services administering section in Administering Avaya Contact Center – Extended Capacity.

  2. Configure the TSAPI link on the AE Services management console.

  3. Configure the TSAPI properties on the AE Services management console.
