To automatically enroll the AE Services server certificate, you must create a server certificate signing request (CSR) and specify the SCEP server details of your CA. AE Services automatically sends the CSR to your CA, downloads and installs the certificate on the AE Services server.

Avaya recommends that you use a subject alternate name (SAN) instead of a common name (CN) when configuring certificates.
