The AE Services security database contains multiple devices controlled by the Configuration Server, such as a phone, a fax machine, a modem, an ACD, a VDN, or an agent ID.

You can associate devices with Tlink groups. With Tlink group names you can associate a device with a switch connection. You can use Tlink groups when you have a configuration that supports multiple switch connection.

You can add devices manually or import them from a .csv file using the AE Services management console to add multiple devices.
